Rick Wachtel, like his father and grandfather before him, has lived in North Idaho his whole life - if you've spent any time around Rathdrum, chances are you already know him. Alongside his wife Monique, also a lifelong North Idahoan, he's spent 25 years in the trades, running crews and leading general contracting jobs across the region.
Five years ago, the Wachtels struck out on their own. Since then they've built a business the same way they were raised to do everything else: show up, do it right, and treat people fairly.
